You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

• Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent

• Transmit unauthorized advertisements, spam, or solicitations

• Interfere with another user’s enjoyment of the Platform

Prohibited Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or our policies

• Attempt unauthorized access to or tamper with the Platform’s security or functionality

• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights

Dispensary Listings and Advertisements

Accuracy and Responsibility
Dispensaries are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Have A Nug^® does not endorse or guarantee any claims made by dispensaries or advertisers.

Paid Promotions

• Have A Nug^® does not sell, handle, or distribute cannabis or cannabis-infused products

• Dispensaries may purchase advertising or boosted listings under our Advertising Agreement

• All ad payments are final, non-refundable, and subject to approval

• We reserve the right to remove any advertisement that violates laws or these Terms

User Accounts

Registration & Security

• Users must provide accurate and current information when creating an account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account

Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the Platform

• Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support

Transactions and Payments

• Have A Nug^® issues prepaid vouchers redeemable only at participating businesses. These are not discounts or coupons

• Usage of vouchers is governed by participating businesses in accordance with applicable laws

• All financial transactions are subject to our Payment Policy

• We are not responsible for user-dispensary transactions, including refunds, product issues, or service quality

• Payments may be processed by third-party providers, and users agree to their terms

User-Generated Content & Reviews

• Users may post reviews and content that are truthful, non-defamatory, and lawful

• We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms

• By submitting content, you grant Have A Nug^® a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and distribute your content

Intellectual Property
All Platform content—including text, logos, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of Have A Nug^® and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Privacy Policy

• Your misuse of the Platform

• Your violation of third-party rights
