8. Program-Specific Agreements (Artists, Vendors & Advertisers)
If you participate in certain programs on our Platform, additional terms apply and are incorporated by reference (collectively, “Program Agreements”). By enrolling in or using the relevant program features, you agree to the applicable Program Agreement:

These Program Agreements govern the subject matter of their respective programs (for example, creator compensation and content rules for artists; listing, order fulfillment, and compliance obligations for vendors; placement, payment, and compliance requirements for advertisers). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Program Agreement, the Program Agreement controls for that program’s subject matter; otherwise, these Terms apply in addition to the Program Agreement.

9. Cannabis Law Compliance
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all cannabis-related laws, regulations, and restrictions that apply to you. We do not offer or sell cannabis where prohibited and do not encourage illegal activity. Content on the Site is provided for lawful, educational, and informational purposes.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California for any dispute not subject to a separate dispute-resolution provision in a Program Agreement.
